Warehouse Supervisor

Nash Paints is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety and productivity.

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Two years of Experience in the field
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Must have hands
• on commitment to getting the job done
• Ability to efficiently coordinate working with internal and external workers of the company.
• Should have the ability to work in a team.
• Should be physically fit and be able to complete all assigned work efficiently

Inventory Management
• overseeing inventory control, tracking, and reporting
Team Management
• Supervising warehouse staff, providing guidance, training and support
Operations Management
• Coordinating receiving, storing, picking, and shipping operations.
Safety and Compliance
• Ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to regulations, and implementing safety protocols.
Process Improvement
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
