UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our job portal. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final designs.

As our UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how job seekers and employers interact with our platform. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are both beautiful and functional.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Strong visual design skills including typography and color theory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
• Experience with analytics tools for design validation

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy in implementation
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices
• Contribute to product strategy discussions
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards
• Document design decisions and specifications
