Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor: Physics Lecturer

The University seeks to engage a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and the Environment, Department of Geomatics and Surveying.

• Five (5) Ordinary Level Passes including English Language
• BSc (Hons) Degree in Physics or Applied Physics
• Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Geophysics / Lasers and Applied Optics / -Medical Physics / Instrumentation Ph. D in Physics or related field is an added advantage
• Teaching experience at tertiary or university level is preferred
• Applicants should be capable of teaching the following modules: Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Waves and Optics

As a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor: Physics Lecturer, you will be
• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
• Supervise undergraduate student research projects where relevant
• Engage in active research and innovation in their area of specialisation
• Participate in community outreach programs and university income-generating activities
• Participate in examination invigilation and assessment processes
• Contribute to departmental curriculum development, research, innovation, and industrialization efforts
• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
