Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• HR certification (IPMZ, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering
• Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labor laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in tech or startup environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
• Administer performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
• Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Develop and deliver training programs to build organizational capability
• Manage compensation and benefits administration
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives
• Advise managers on HR best practices and people management
