Key Responsibilities:

 Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor architects, engineers, and quantity
surveyors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
 Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction
projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
 Tendering & Business Development: Prepare and manage tender applications for
government and private projects, follow through on submissions, and negotiate deals for
land development and strategic partnerships.
 Contract Administration: Implement robust contract management practices to minimize
risk and ensure compliance.
 Cost & Resource Management: Track project costs effectively, set up procurement
systems, and ensure optimal resource allocation across sites.
 Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce modern construction
technologies, and drive process improvements.
 Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, commanding
respect and trust through professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Person Specification
 Proven Experience in construction project management and business development.
 Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and procurement
systems.
 Ability to lead teams, mentor young professionals, and manage complex projects with
minimal supervision.
 Highly organized, proactive, and results
• driven with exceptional negotiation Skills.
 Research
• oriented and innovative, with a passion for modern construction trends.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills; commands respect from clients and

 Personal Attributes: Honest, hardworking, dependable, and committed to delivering

 Technical Requirements in construction, engineering, or related fields are an added
advantage.
