The University seeks to engage a Graduate Trainee in the Bursar's Department.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Banking and Finance/Finance

As a Graduate Trainee, Bursar's, you will be
• Receipting cash using accounting software
• Ensure timeous banking of all cash receipts
• Accurately capture receipts and invoices into their respective receivable accounts
• Assist in the production of management reports
• Timeously attend to client requests on all financial matters
• Petty cash management
• Assist in planning for the year-end audit
• Monthly reconciliations for both Debtors and Creditors
