DevOps Engineer

Everyday Vacancies is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for our growing platform. You will be responsible for our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and ensuring high availability of our services.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll work closely with our development team to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and implement best practices for security and performance. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our platform can handle increased traffic as we grow.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong Linux system administration skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
• Experience with database management and optimization
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Ensure system security through proper configurations and practices
• Optimize system performance and cost efficiency
• Automate routine operational tasks
• Respond to and resolve production incidents
• Document infrastructure architecture and procedures
• Collaborate with developers on deployment strategies
• Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
• Stay current with DevOps tools and practices
