• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3–7 years of Experience in contract management and procurement, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and risk management principles
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication Skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for project materials, equipment, and services
• Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, review, and execution
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and procurement policies
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain supplier performance records
• Monitor procurement schedules and budgets to align with project timelines
• Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and other departments for smooth contract and procurement operations
