CONSULTANCY: MIDWIFE TRAINING/SYSTEMS REVIEW SEMINAR

Applications are invited from qualified midwives to LEAD a 2
• hour consultancy assignment (First session is on 5th October, 2025)
Key Tasks:
1. Lead review of our systems, with emphasis on hands
• on training for the Resident Midwife and Nurse Aides in completing a partograph and other essential records.
2. Present a step
• by
• step guide on examination/assessment parameters for both Antenatal Care (ANC) and Postnatal Care (PNC) visits.
3. Demonstrate step
• by
• step monitoring of labour and correct recording procedures.
4. Provide sample charts and records for practical use.
5. Prepare and deliver a Power. Point presentation.

Experienced Midwife
Presentation Skills/Power point
Ability to lead an interactive training session
Administer practicals session on completion of partograph, labour monitoring essentials, ANC essentials
