Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven Experience in a medical front office or administrative role is a must.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent computer Skills, including Experience with medical practice management software.
• Exceptional organizational Skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and managing the patient calendar
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Managing medical records and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Processing billing and insurance claims
• Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
