Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial records and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Posting daily sales.
• Reconciling manual invoices with bank deposits before capturing them into the system.
• Reconciling accounts receivables/payables.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of all inventory records.
• Assisting in preparing monthly reports.
• Adhering to agreed deadlines and communicating any challenges within the shortest possible time.
Requirements
HND/Degree in Accounting or any equivalent qualification.
2. years' experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
