Job Description

PROGRAMMES GRADUATE TRAINEE
We are looking for a committed and motivated graduate trainee to join our team.
Reporting to the Programmes Manager, the successful candidate will assist in supporting the Programmes department, among other Responsibilities that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for survivors of sexual violence.
• Assessing the psychosocial support needs of survivors of sexual and gender
• based violence and providing the necessary support.
• Conduct community awareness raising against sexual and gender
• based violence and early child marriages.
• Holding case conferences with stakeholders to ensure provision of holistic support to survivors of sexual and gender
• based violence.
• Compile detailed monthly programmatic and basic financial reports.
• Represent the organisation at various platforms in Masvingo.

Requirements

• Recent graduate holding a degree in Social Work or Psychology.
• Excellent organisational Skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
• Work
• related learning Experience in an NGO or developmental sector is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast
• paced environment.

• Fluency in English and Shona.
• Based in Masvingo
