Job Description
TIMB is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the HR Business Partner position. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labour laws while contributing to a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be based at TIMB Head Office in Harare.
REPORTS TO: HEAD HR & ADMINISTRATION
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, training, and Skills development initiatives.
• Manages payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of TIMB fleet.
• Ensures capacitation of IRBM system and support employee development.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintains comprehensive and organized HR records.
• Undertakes HR Analytics.
Requirements
Requirements & Experience
• Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology or equivalent.
• IPMZ diploma is required.
• A minimum of five years' post graduate Experience in Human Resources of which 2 years must have been in a supervisory capacity.
