RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer
• focused Retail Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, provide information about our products and services, and ensure a welcoming and organized environment

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

• Degree/Diploma in Retail Management/ Business Management/ Administration or any related Requirements
• Must have a hands
• on approach and must be committed to the expansion and success of the business.
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational Skills.
• Results driven and customer focused.
2years Experience in FMCG added advantage.
class 4 driver's license
• Leadership Skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and Sage X3 will be an added advantage
