REGISTRAR’S DEPARTMENT
Administrative Assistant (1 Post)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assistance with the students’ selection, admission and registration. ∙ Maintenance of student records.
• Assistance with the drafting of the teaching timetable.
• Secretariat to Faculty Committees and Examination Boards.
• Assistance with the preparation of Faculty degree programmes regulations and amendments.
• Assistance with graduation ceremonies.
• The successful candidate will be expected to work in any section of the university but initial appointment will be in the Faculty.
Requirements
• 5 O’ Level passes including English Language.
• Applicants must have a first degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Records and Archives Management / Business Management / Business Management from a recognized institution.
• Applicants should have at least 1
• year post Requirements administrative Experience preferably in the university operations.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, computer literacy and good organisational Skills are essential.
