Job Description

Neve Deaf Centre is seeking a committed and motivated Finance Graduate Trainee to join our team.
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Officer, the successful candidate will assist in supporting the Finance Department, among other Responsibilities that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger postings.
• Support inventory and fixed assets management processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
• Track expenditures and assist with variance analysis reports.
• Support internal and external audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and assistance.

Requirements

Requirements & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant Experience, preferably within the NGO sector.
• Strong critical thinking and problem
• solving Skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Pastel Accounting Software.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
