Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail
• oriented Payroll Officer to support our organization
Key Responsibilities:
Process and prepare multi entity payroll with accuracy and timeliness
Review and verify timekeeping, deductions and adjustments
Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and company policies
Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management
Reconcile data and resolve discrepancies promptly
Provide responsive support to employees on payroll matters
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
Contribute to process improvements and payroll procedure documentation
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related field

• 4 years of payroll Experience
Proficiency with Belina Payroll and Microsoft Office
Strong math, analytical and problem
• solving Skills
Excellent Communication
Ability to work independently
27. Years and above
Strong knowledge of labour laws and Industrial relations
An Appreciation of Belina Payroll
