Real Estate Graduate Trainee

The Real Estate Graduate Trainee will support the Head Properties in managing and administering the organization’s real estate portfolio. The role involves conducting market research, assisting with property inspections, lease administration, tenant billing and rental follow
• ups, maintaining the asset register, and providing general administrative and client support. The trainee will also participate in training to develop practical Skills in real estate management and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to the Head Properties stationed at Head Office and will be responsible for the following amongst other Responsibilities:

• Degree in Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
• Registration with a professional body is an added advantage.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related Real Estate Software applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation Skills.
• Great attention to detail, problem solver, and diplomacy in handling people.
