Role Profile
The Sales and Marketing Trainee role is a development

degree view of the company’s revenue
• driving activities. Working closely with senior leaders, you will
learn the art of lead generation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and digital brand
positioning. This role is perfect for a high

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Assisting with presentations, evaluations, and negotiations.
3. Closing & Retention: Learning the sales closing process and managing renewals or
repurchases.
4. Digital Marketing: Supporting the firm’s online presence and brand positioning.
5. Tender Management: Assisting in the preparation and submission of business tenders.

Job Related

Required Skills and Experience
• Education: A Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience: No prior work Experience or university degree is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power. Point). Must be
comfortable learning new technology rapidly.
• Communication: Exceptional writing, verbal, and presentation Skills. Ability to type at least
40. wpm.
• Core Traits: Highly analytical, inquisitive, detail
• oriented, and assertive, with a strong sense
of ownership.
• Leadership Advantage: A leadership role in high school (e.g., Prefect, Debate, or Sports
Captain) is a distinct advantage.
