Trainee Business Development Officer

We seeking to recruit Trainee Business Development Officers for two year mentorship within our organization. We are targeting recent graduates from various universities or individuals with advanced level but who are self driven and results oriented. The incumbents should be willing to be posted to our branches outside Harare as part of our practical training.

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbents will receive training on how to;
Facilitate loan disbursements.
Conduct loan monitoring
Identify new business opportunities.
Do collections and follow ups to collect past or due accounts
Conduct interviews and assessments to prospective clients, guide and assist the individual/ group clients in completing the application forms ensuring that all required documentation is provided by the client.
Provide financial literacy training to clients

Three advanced level subjects.
A first degree or diploma in marketing/business administration/account will be an added advantage.

The incumbents will receive training on how to;
