Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the above position that has arisen in the Sales Department for Midlands/Masvingo Region effective 1 January 2026.
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Summary of Responsibilities and Responsibilities
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Execution of the sales plan covering targeted market segments
• Assists in collating market information useful for strategic planning
• Maintaining awareness of sales activities in assigned territory
• Providing feedback on competitor's activities and changes experienced
• Collaborating with designated Direct or Indirect Sales Channels to meet targets in assigned area
• Working with Direct and Indirect channels to ensure brand visibility
• Identifying and developing sustainable new channel partners in assigned territory.. Develop and implement special sales activities to deplete stocks in assigned territory
• Monitor and analyze dealership practices regarding decoder sales activities and inventory planning
• Identify business opportunities by prospecting leads and initiates contact and follow
• up with new leads
Requirements
Requirements and Experience
• Business related Degree in such areas as Marketing, Sales or Business Management
• Related business professional Requirements is an added advantage
• Strong analytical Skills
• Power point and advanced excel user
• Experience in direct sales and distribution
• Experience in channel collaboration
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
