Provincial Sport and Recreation Development Officer

Sports and Recreation Commission (SC), the custodian of sport and recreation development and regulation is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
Post 1
Provincial Sport and Recreation Development Officer:
Harare Province

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the promotion, coordination and regulating the implementation of sport and recreation programmes and activities in the Province.

Person Specification
• Possession of a degree in Sport Management, Sport Science, Physical Education, or sport related field;
• Ability to coordinate spot and recreation activities in communities;
• Appreciation and application of sport management and sport science principles;
• Knowledge of the SRC Act and Regulations is a must;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Possession of a diploma in Sport Management would be an added advantage; and
• Have a minimum of three years' Experience in a related field.

Responsible for the promotion, coordination and regulating the implementation of sport and recreation programmes and activities in the Province.
