Foremen – Bulk Earthworks

The Foreman (Bulk Earthworks) will oversee and coordinate all on
• site earthworks operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to engineering standards. You’ll be the on
• ground commander making sure timelines are met, teams stay productive, and quality stays on point.

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ Experience in bulk earthworks within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication Skills.
• Solid understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proven track record in managing earthworks teams and large
• scale projects.

• Supervising daily bulk earthworks activities on site.
• Coordinating site teams, machinery, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to site management.
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Identifying site challenges and recommending practical solutions.
• Ensuring equipment is used correctly and maintained properly.
• Preparing daily site reports and progress summaries.
