Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and customer
• focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing efficient administrative support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Carrying out administrative Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Support administrative functions such as filing, typing, photocopying, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
Provide general support to staff and management when required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements; a diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Management, or related field is an added advantage.
Proven Experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power. Point, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
