Plant Supervisor: DhakaPro Manufacturing

Our client in the business of construction, manufacturing, transport and logistics is looking for competent
candidates to occupy the following positions.

Key Responsibilities:
a) Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality in the manufacturing division.
b) Ensure that products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and
procedures.
c) Oversee inventory levels, manage stock levels, and ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and reported.
d) Ensure that the production environment is safe and healthy for employees, and that all safety protocols are followed.
e) f) Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Reporting to the Operations Manager

Experience & Requirements: At least 3 years of Experience in a production or manufacturing
environment strictly of dry
• mortar products at senior level. A degree in Production/Chemical/
Manufacturing Engineering will be highly considered.
