SCHOOL HEADMASTER

Witfields Group of schools is looking for a dedicated Headmaster.

Key Responsibilities:
 To create a learning environment in which the resources of the school are effectively managed to secure the achievement of both learners and staff.

• Educational Requirements: The candidate should have a degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of Experience in teaching and Education administration is required.
• Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate should be an effective leader who can manage and motivate a team of teachers and staff.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication Skills are essential for this role, as the headmaster will be required to communicate with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning: The headmaster should be able to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school's mission and values.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: The candidate should have a good understanding of financial management and budgeting to ensure the school's finances are managed effectively.
• Community Relations: The headmaster will be the face of the school and should have the ability to build strong relationships with the community, including parents, alumni, and local organizations.
• Knowledge of Educational Technology: In today's digital age, the headmaster should have a good understanding of educational technology and how it can be used to enhance the learning Experience for students and teachers alike.
