• sector business. As Senior Human Resources Officer,
you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director for one of the companies i n the group and a
performance partner to Heads o f Department, driving people strategy, operational excellence, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding for the company and its operational units.
Oversee HR systems, records management, and data integrity.: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure legal and operational compliance.
• Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll processing (preferably using Belina).
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned t o business needs.
• Chair and manage disciplinary and grievance processes with legal precision.
• Lead industrial relations engagements with workers' committees, works councils, trade unions, NECs,
and the Ministry o f Labour.
• Administer employee welfare programs (medical aid, funeral assurance, etc.).
• Collaborate with HODs t o monitor and control employment
• related costs on the income statement.
• Consolidate and report on HOD performance metrics to the MD, ensuring strategic alignment and
accountability.
• Initiate and lead strategic HR projects that enhance organizational capability, culture, and compliance.

Requirements

Candidate Profile
• Growth
• oriented, analytical, and structured professional with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Relations.
• Member of a recognized HR professional body.
• Minimum 5 years' Experience as an HR Generalist i n a private sector, hybrid, cross
• cultural
environment.
• Proven track record in senior
• level HR advisory, performance management, industrial relations and
payroll processing.
• This role requires a high level o f discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability t o influence senior
stakeholders.
Experience managing cross
• functional teams and influencing senior leadership decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR projects and drive organizational change.
Experience in multi
• sector or group environments will be a distinct advantage.
• Clean Class 4 driver's licence and valid defensive driving certificate.
