To be accountable for the optimal exploitation of the PGM ore reserve. To be responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient, and cost
• effective mining of ore and waste in accordance with approved mine plans and Zimbabwean mining regulations. The role holder ensures that contracted mining operations deliver the required tonnage and grade, on schedule, within budget, while maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and statutory obligations.
