INTENSIVE AND CORONARY CARE NURSE ZVISHAVANE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of RGN
• Intensive and Coronary Care Nurse that has arisen at Nectacare Private Limited in Zvishavane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Closely observing patients, noting specific procedures and prescribed medication for each case.
• Assess patients' pain levels and sedation Requirements
• Monitoring vital signs and ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters and other life support equipment
• Attending to the patient’s overall needs, such as feeding, bathing and grooming, dressing replacement, medication intake, and comfort.
• Providing support and Education to the patient’s family, answering questions and giving vital instructions on how to care for the patient

Requirements:
• Diploma in General Nursing,
• Intensive Care Nursing Diploma
• Counselling certificate or diploma will be an added advantage
• Valid Practicing Certificate from the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
• 1 years post Requirements Experience in nursing with intensive care nursing exposure.
• Good communication and customer care Skills
• Excellent supervisory Skills
• Good problem solving and decision
• making Skills
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision in emergency situations
• Commitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
