Job Description
Reporting to the Southern Customer Experience Officer, the main purpose of the job shall be to provide Sales and Customer Support services within the Group Customer service centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing the Group Customers through
Requirements
• Degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business studies, or equivalent.
• A marketing Requirements will be an added advantage.
• 2 'A' Levels.
• At least 2 years' Experience as a customer Experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, with exposure to the insurance and
medical aid environment.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting customer Experience information.
• Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Good problem
• solving and decision
• making Skills.
• Strong client

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Flexible and adaptable, contributing to a positive team environment.
