• paying customers through its stores is looking for Floor Salespersons.
Job Description – Floor Salesperson
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in a vacancies that have arisen within our company. The roles will be based in Harare and Mvurwi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on electrical, plumbing or paint products, including usage, compatibility, and installation techniques
• Demonstrate product functionality and advise on best
• fit solutions based on customer needs
• Explain technical specifications, advantages, and limitations of products clearly and confidently
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and transporting products to the till
• Ensure shelves are well
• stocked, clean, and accurately labelled with updated pricing
• Conduct daily spot checks and check stock definitions
• Support floor operations through active observation and prompt customer engagement
• Uphold a service
• oriented attitude that reflects the value we place on every customer
• Perform any other related Responsibilities as reasonably required

Requirements AND Experience
• O ‘level’ /A ‘level’ Requirements
• A clear understanding of electrical products is a must
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or the equivalent is an added advantage
