Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Merchandiser for Automotive products to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal product displays, ensuring stock levels are consistent, and supporting the sales efforts in our retail locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service.

Ensure products are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and appropriately displayed in stores.
Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and reorder products when necessary.
Build strong relationships with retail staff to ensure effective product placement and visibility.
Assist with promotional setups and seasonal displays for battery products.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer p, product trends, and competitor activity.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure stock rotation is followed.
Report to the manager regarding merchandising activities and inventory needs.

Key Requirements:
Sales and marketing diploma or equivalent (further Requirements in retail or merchandising are a plus).
Previous Experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred, Automotive Experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
Excellent organizational Skills with the ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem
• solving.
Ability to lift and carry stock as needed.
Must be aged between 25 to 35 years.
