Matron

We seek a Matron who will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring the delivery of safe, high
• quality nursing care across all hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to all nursing and support staff.
Ensure high standards of patient care and professional nursing practice.
Oversee ward management, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies.
Conduct regular staff training, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with the management team to maintain efficient hospital operations.

Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent Requirements.
Post
• basic Requirements in Nursing Administration or Management is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal Skills.
Demonstrated commitment to patient
• centered care.
