Job Description
We seek a Front Office Billing and Claims Clerk who will be responsible for managing patient billing, processing medical aid claims, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Register patients and update demographic and insurance information.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ Experience in hospital billing or medical aid claims processing.
Knowledge of medical billing systems and health insurance procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service Skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Computer literacy
