Job Description
Steering the Microbanks’ financial management, Human Resources, Monitoring and Evaluation functions, advisory and strategic planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
FINANCE
1.1. FINANCIAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
• Develop a finance and accounting strategy for the Microbank.
• Manage the Microbank’s resource management, utilisation and financial reporting activities.
Requirements
• Degree University in Accounting or related field
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Economics and Business Administration/Leadership or related field:
• Professional Accounting Requirements such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.
• 10 years of professional financial management Experience and 5 years of which should be at managerial level.
• Experience in Banking in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency and well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS) an added
advantage.
• Strong managerial, business development and analytical and interpersonal Skills.
