• Develop and implement communication materials (press releases, newsletters, success stories, social media posts, brochures, and reports).
• Manage and update the organization’s website and social media platforms.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for project documentation and publicity.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote Silveira House’s brand and activities.
• Support event planning, media coverage, and public engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a digital archive of media and promotional materials.
• Contribute to monitoring media coverage and preparing visibility reports.
Requirements
Requirements and Skills
• A degree or diploma in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills in English (knowledge of local languages an advantage).
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (, X,, Linked. In, etc.).
• Basic Skills in photography, videography, and design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to the values of social justice, community development, and ethical communication.
