• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Gender: Male or Female
• Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous retail or customer service Experience is an added advantage

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about services.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash and card payments responsibly and ensure proper record keeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
