POST F: CCTV OPERATOR (2 POSTS)

• At least 5 ‘O’ level subjects.
• At least a Certificate in Computer Training/ International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL)
• At least 1 year working Experience in a similar position in retail FMCG industry or as a Security Guard.

• Monitor and operate all surveillance systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal regulations.
• Record incidents and actions accurately and legibly.
• Maintain control room security and report equipment failures promptly.
• Handle radio/telephone communications and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Liaise with staff and security agencies, providing evidence and reports as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems in real time to detect and respond to threats or breaches.
• Perform regular system checks and ensure equipment functionality.
• Analyze footage, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Support law enforcement with evidence and witness statements when required.
• Carry out additional Responsibilities as assigned.
