Job Description
Position: Factory Clerk
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up

• date office records.
• Reconciling seed movements, seeds sales receipting; tracking and dispatching seeds and keeping records on a monthly and ad
• hoc basis.
• Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Ensuring all office administration Responsibilities are attended to all the time; filing, report writing, and typing and printing of documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and ad
• hoc reports as required.
• Performing any other Responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements & Experience
• A Certificate in Accounting/Administration/Office Management or equivalent.
• 5 O’levels are required.
