REPORTS TO PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY
An experienced Machine Setter (Blow Mold) is required for a plastic manufacturing organization. The successful incumbent should have vast Experience in setting up and operating extrusion blow molding machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities AND Responsibilities
✓ Setting up and commissioning of blow molding machines
✓ Optimization of molds and cycle times
✓ Monitoring of production levels
✓ Maintenance and cleaning of machines
✓ Manage maintenance of specific machines in liaison with Production Coordinator and Fitter and Turner.
✓ Reporting of production figures after every shift.
✓ Quality control

Skills
✓ Proven knowledge of crate injection molding
✓ Strong analytical communication and interpersonal Skills
✓ Knowledge of MS Office
✓ Ability to work independently
✓
Requirements AND Experience
✓ Good knowledge of the plastics industry is a pre
• requisite.
✓ A minimum of 3
• 5 years working Experience in a similar role
