BRANCH MANAGER - MASVINGO

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business department for a Branch Manager
• Masvingo. The successful incumbent is expected to manage all branch operations and drive business growth. Candidates with proven Experience in managing branch operations and driving business growth are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Develops, implements and monitors Branch Sales & Distribution initiatives
• Networking and relationship building
• Drive business growth and growing the loan book
• Identifies opportunities for new products and services

Degree in Banking & Finance or related Business Degree
Minimum of three years' Experience as Branch Manager is a financial institution
Clean drivers' licence
• not less than two years old
Candidate must have proven Experience in driving business growth (This is not a full
• time office job)
