We are a pioneering digital health platform providing 24/7 healthcare access through Whats. App. Our service allows patients to consult healthcare professionals, receive prescriptions, and obtain referrals for laboratory and imaging investigations — all from the convenience of their mobile phones. As part of our mission to make healthcare more accessible and efficient, we are expanding our telemedicine team and invite applications from qualified healthcare professionals across Zimbabwe.Positions Available
• Medical Doctors (General Practitioners and Specialists)
• Registered Nurses

Requirements and Requirements
• Valid practicing certificate with the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe (MDPCZ) or the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe.
• Access to reliable internet and a smartphone or computer capable of supporting telemedicine and 24/7 electricity.
• Strong communication Skills in English and Shona/Ndebele.
• Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and ethical conduct.
• Knowledge of telemedicine protocols, data privacy, and digital recordkeeping.
• Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends and after
• hours).
• Familiarity with local healthcare systems, laboratory, and imaging networks will be an advantage.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations with patients via telemedicine app (chat, voice, or video).
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients according to standard treatment guidelines.
• Provide electronic/physical prescriptions and issue laboratory or imaging referrals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Escalate or refer complex cases to appropriate facilities.
• Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24
• hour patient coverage.
