ICT Graduate Trainee

• based business situated 120 km Southeast of Harare. We specialize in sustainable crop production, livestock farming, beneficiation, and agro
• tourism.

Key Responsibilities:
The training programme will run for 24 months after which the successful incumbent may be
considered for substantive appointments within the organization.

• Knowledge of the latest ICT technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Business
Intelligence, and others, and their application to the business
• Knowledge of potential vulnerabilities, risks, and weaknesses in the organization’s
IT systems and how to safeguard ICT assets from cyber attacks
• Knowledge of the latest network, hardware, communication and collaboration
technologies and its application to the business
• Appreciation of ERP Systems, is an added advantage
• Proficiency in website development technologies and programming languages such
as Python Programming is an added advantage.
• Good communication Skills.
• Be a team player
• Not more than 25 years of age by 31 December 2025
MINIMUM Requirements
♦ University Degree with at least an Upper Second
• Class Pass in any of the following:
• BSc Honours Information Systems,

• Business Studies and Computing Sciences (BBSCT),
• BSc Computer Science, or any ICT related field
