Job Summary
Cimas Health Group (Pvt) Ltd wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Operations Manager that has arisen within the Group. This role will lead and coordinate the operational functions of Healthguard International, ensuring seamless integration and performance of shared services, third
• party claims administrators and provider networks.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Leading/Managing activities related to operational planning and execution.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and evaluating operational performance against set targets and KPls.
• Measuring and assessing the operations of the medical aid service providers and provider networks.
• Implementing strategies to improve member healthcare outcomes and resolve service
• related issues promptly.
• Identifying potential operational risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Developing key performance indicators (KPls) to measure operational success and track progress over time.
• Leading the development, onboarding and management of provider networks
across multiple countries.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and international standards.
Requirements
Requirements
• First degree in Business Administration, Health Systems Management, or equivalent.
• Certification in Project Management, Certification in Change Management or Certification in Sales Management.
• Post Requirements in Operations Management or related field.

• 7 years' Experience in operations management or related field.

• 6 years' Experience managing multi

• party vendors.

• 5 years' Experience managing and supporting agents or brokers of financial services.
