Job Description

Following extensive research and consultations with experts and stakeholders on gender and climate justice, a local NGO seeks to develop a practical training manual that translates its research findings on gender and climate change into a training manual. The manual will serve as a comprehensive resource for trainers and facilitators, equipping them to deliver workshops and capacity
• building sessions on gender
• responsive approaches to sustainability and climate action.

To develop a comprehensive, gender
• responsive training manual based on existing research findings, ensuring it is user
• friendly, practical, and suitable for use in training workshops.
3. Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for:
• Reviewing and synthesising the research findings and existing materials.
• Structuring the content into a coherent, logical, and practical training manual.
• Editing and adapting the content to make it trainer
• friendly and accessible to target audiences.
• Integrating case studies, examples, exercises, and discussion guides where appropriate.
• Ensuring the manual is aligned with principles of gender responsiveness and climate justice.
• Producing a final version of the training manual ready for dissemination.
