• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health, or equivalent Requirements
• Valid EHPCZ practising certificate (“EHPCZ” = Environmental Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe)
• At least 1 year of relevant Experience
• Maximum age: 55 years

• Surveillance, investigation, control of infectious diseases and contact tracing
• Premises inspections and health inspections for licensing, routine checks, and control investigations
• Monitoring the quality of water and food
• Management of solid waste
• Educating the community about health and hygiene
• Construction of health reports
• Other reasonably assigned Responsibilities by the Environmental Health Officer
