As we continue to scale, we're strengthening our Growth Engineering team. This team is critical to our ability to acquire, activate, and retain the customers who power our platform.
As an Engineering Manager of the Growth team, you will be driving high-priority business initiatives that directly impact revenue generation, user growth, and company goals. We work across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks to optimize the full customer journey — from signup and onboarding through trial conversion and plan upgrades. Our scope includes pricing infrastructure, feature gating, referral systems, and funnel optimization, making it clear that we are building the experiences that turn prospects into loyal, growing customers. This role reinforces our mission to provide data-driven solutions that help GlossGenius move faster, convert better, and scale revenue with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of senior and staff engineers, understanding their skills and fostering their professional growth to achieve daily tasks and long-term career goals.
