The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Officer will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and intelligent systems that drive innovation and solve real
• wold problems. Working closely with scientists, researchers, software engineers, the AI Officer will ensure that AI prototypes are transformed into production
• grade solutions that support the Centre’s mandate in Education, health, energy, agriculture and smart systems.

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years Experience in a data science or applied analytics role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit
• learn, Tensor Flow, Py. Torch.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

• Capacity Building for junior staff, students, and interns on machine learning techniques and best practices.
