Job Description

We are looking for a well presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our Bulawayo team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is neat and presentable
• Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars
• Providing administrative support to various departments

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 0
• Levels (including English)
• Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or related field (an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Previous Experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
