Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical aid plans/services to new and existing members.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with members
• Provide product knowledge and customer support
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports
• Represent the society at customer meetings, product demonstrations, or exhibitions

Requirements:
• A degree in a field related to insurance or sales or equivalent
• Proven Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to rural areas.
• Good communication and negotiation Skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer Skills (email, Excel, etc)
